Based on what I witnessed and experienced, I have decided not to pursue any further opportunities with your company. There are several serious issues I would like to bring to your attention: Unprofessional and Inappropriate Behavior: During the interview process, personal questions were asked that are completely unrelated to the job role, including inquiries about relationship status and body count. This behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. Specific Concerns About Mr. Chand appeared to be heavily involved in these inappropriate interactions. He frequently asked intrusive personal questions, which made several candidates uncomfortable. Moreover, there are concerning claims that he is accepting money from certain consultancies in exchange for favorable treatment in the hiring process. If true, this is a serious breach of ethics and deserves immediate internal investigation. Unethical Workplace Environment: I observed a lack of discipline and professionalism among some trainees and staff. For example, individuals displaying visible love bites in a corporate office shows a disregard for workplace decorum and raises serious questions about the office culture. Disrespectful Interview Handling: Candidates were made to wait for the entire day with little to no communication, and some were even rejected simply for stepping out briefly for lunch or restroom breaks. This is highly disrespectful of their time and effort. Inconsistent Standards: We were instructed to come in full formal attire for the third interview round, yet the client or interviewer appeared in casual wear. This inconsistency reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to professionalism. I believe many candidates may have remained silent due to job insecurity, but I cannot overlook such experiences. I urge your organization to seriously look into these matters—especially the conduct of Mr. Chand—and take corrective action where necessary. I do not wish to be associated with such an environment, but I sincerely hope this feedback is used to initiate meaningful changes within your hiring and workplace practices. Sincerely, Job Seeker.
