Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Be ready with to face a situation where some of the team members higher in designation than you will have lower salary. And since the salaries lack confidentiality, those person will get to know about your salary and start getting jealous of you. Also be ready to face a situation where a person not equal in qualifications to you will be your superior just because that person has spent more time in the company. Increments are less in the range of 5-6 percent so negotiate accordingly, the HR will say that you are getting brand and all but don't buy that, instead sell yourself. If you are an ambitious professional don't plan to stay for long in this organization.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would like to suggest that the company culture, which lacks a focus on service and respect for employees, is quite poor. Furthermore, the absence of an HR representative or mentor to guide you regarding your job role, company procedures, and HR policies is concerning; it appears that they treat employees merely as labor rather than as individuals. I recommend that while it might be suitable for new hires or individuals seeking experience, it becomes challenging for those with more experience to adapt to their culture, so it is better to stay away.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I recently worked at LG BPO as a CRE in Dealer WhatsApp for 4 months. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. The senior staff and my team leader, Dipanshu Tyagi, were incredibly supportive and polite. The company consistently credited salaries on time, even accommodating my early resignation without requiring a notice period.

One of the standout features of LG BPO was the excellent food provided in the canteen. Additionally, the company offered complimentary tea and coffee, as well as providing both-side cab transportation. This was a huge benefit for me, as it saved me time and money on commuting.

If you have strong communication skills, you can expect a competitive salary of around 15k; otherwise, the base salary is 13k.

While my overall experience was highly satisfactory, I did notice that salary increases were not as frequent as I had hoped.

Overall, I would recommend LG BPO as a great place to work, especially for those seeking a supportive and friendly work environment with convenient transportation options.
