Position - Sr. Executive Sales - (fitness equipment)

Location Gujarat & Guwahati/ Patna location.

Experience - 5 to 8 years

Education - Any Degree

CTC - 5L TO 8 L

Key Skills/Experience to Look for:

• Channel sales & dealer management experience
• Experience in high-involvement product selling (demo-based, value-selling)
• Local market understanding (tier 2/3 city exposure is a plus)
• Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Past exposure to monthly targets, dealer schemes, and reporting
• Ability to conduct field demos and activate retail touchpoints

Market visit - Entire North East & Bihar market to build the Rapport with existing dealer and Channel Expansion, Visiting Gyms, Club house, Hotels, Apartments

Collecting money from each counters before the due dates / Finding the ways to Achieve the sales targets

Collecting market data and feedback on new arrivals, other counter details

Supporting dealers to get the claims and C.N on time • To increase the counters to get more business and product reach

Inventory reduction support • To get higher market share • Inventory control

Selling the products before crossing the 60 days aging bucket • Dealer sales team
