Not much benefits Salary hike is very less For an operation role you may need to work when ever issue comes. So more or odd working hours sometimes. No permanent wfh, but based on GCM level you will get 1/2 days flexible wfh in every week.

Atos mostly provide new opportunities internally. Learn new technologies and boom you are now recognized. Best work place.

Best workplace, They have a tie up with percipio so whatever you want to learn you can visit percipio and free trainings available. Even Manager provide technical trainings weekly basis, someday it is about SharePoint or Office 365 or SCCM / Intune.

Work policy: 5 days in a month work from office. Rest of the days you can work from home

There is no much professional Using always regional languages in official meetings( Hindi) more biased. North indian dominate is very high. No ethics followed in work life. Very worst behaviour in north indian team member. There is no important for south office like chennai. This is not only my personal experience. There are many people says north indian behaving worst in the office
