It's a very good company and with the good people and each and every one are very supportive about work and the management was very nice,we are flexible with our working hours

Dislikes

The main dislike was salary was not as per the work it's very lower and also the hikes process was also quite bad as per my knowledge

Nothing. Worst internal politics in a worst MNC company. Don't trust the company by name.

Dislikes

If you want to join the company. Think about your career growth. There is no career growth or career development opportunities available. If your project contracts ends. They won't allow you to move into another projects internally. Instead they forced them to resign from the job without serving notice period. Toxic internal politics will affect the newly joined freshers. Managers and HR s targeted only the freshers and put low rating and play the freshers mental health. Their main goal is to target freshers. So please look for the better opportunities and enhance your skills....Read More

I joined Atos as a fresher but now I have gained a lot of good experience and all the teams are great people here are nice and the infra is good as well
