My manager name is Murulidhara H and Being a Manager, he should be more specific in terms of what he is expecting from an Employee working under him. He should communicate transparently with the employee working under him. Also I see that in SDS entity, no proper Goals defined to validate Employee performance. They have defined Goals in such a way that it can not be measured. In the end they will go with their own assumptions for Annual performance reviews(GPD). Variable Pay based on Company Performance which is always more than 100% & it is pro-rated paid even if resigned mid year (such good policy not there in any other company I come across ) 2. Work load balance is good. Recent times it's been changing because of too much agile. Still compared to most other companies work load balance is very good. FCM tracking employees swipe on weekends & questioning / reporting to managers. Very odd - usually we are allowed 24/7 into campus but recently FCM dropping mails to managers onweekend swipes or asking us to keep informed make us feel restricted at our own bay. 3. HR will take you to apply for a leave 2. They are such an hypocrite that they will send mail about work-life balance and mental health, but don't understand that pushing the Bengaluru traffic and coming to office waste so much of energy that people get frustrated. Not sure who is taking this critical decision. 3. Soon they will create a innovation less zombie army. They will come stay in office for 6 hours and just poof ..go back home .. after pushing 2 hrs of traffic what do think they will innovate. 4.
