Managers sucks...... Only reason for leaving the organisation is manager.... Specially ATUL WALIA........does not respects his team and even shout on the floor with slang language..... Even girls have complaint about the same but no response from the HR team even though the HR complain was raised against him......

The company is self centric and not worries or taking care about the growth of the employees. I remember very well during every quarterly meeting with the higher authorities they use word family but when the pandemic started ALTRAN was 1st to layoff their permanent employees with contract. one more thing in this whole process they have not mentioned that they were laying us due to covid-19 ,they made employees to resign with reason of self growth. Working hour is same as the other companies but their is no job security at all and if you are thinking that you will get work according to your skill set than no chance. They will put you in some other domain with some other skill, actually they just want to fill the vacant position with....Read More

The most worst part is about job security and their spoiling behavior of employees skill set with some dummy work. The working environment is full of internal dirty politics

The Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Management is not good, Work ethics are not followed well, Very poor team work, Team Lead is lacking skills and nothing new to learn from TL. The salary is very poor as compared to market and hikes are like 500, 700 per year, so in simple words NO HIKE is provided.
