There is nothing to like at all, immediate leaders don't possess software development knowledge and are too much into politics. Too much micromanagement.

No recognition, no compensation hike, no appreciation, too much work pressure, leaders are worst, and too much tracking and micro-managements. Not worth joining the company. All day works and standups including weekends. There is too much pressure at work and there are always very strict and tight deadlines. Zero work-life balance. Downwards learning curve. The innovation is key to everything and Dell is good at it. Customer base is good and some projects are worth working for. Dell has good skill development options only if you have self learning desire.

Dislikes

Work-life balance sucks here. Promotion are stuck and are bised. The inner circle is always there and thus bullys find way to move ahead and management fail to recognize the importance of others.
