Bank and brand is good but people sitting above you is based at current Branch from very long time and because of this they have some kind misreprentation of that they are the owner and they can do any thing.Boms and Roms should be transfered on regualar intervals.

Salary is always on time. Brand name in the market makes feel proud of being part of big organization. Good software Technology system is adopted by the this organisation for both customers and employees. Less technological errors/failures are faced.

Extended working hours, Apart from salary, other benefits are very less as compare to other organisations. Incentive structure is very strict and most of the time partial part of earned incentives are kept on hold for the whole year. Sales is so aggressive as it could harm mental well being. No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.

There's nothing to like about this bank. Been working for almost 2yrs now and not a single day I've had peace.

No appreciation for the time you invest working and doing all the operations part. All they care about is only LI. More like a Life Insurance company. No pay for overtime. Absolutely t.o.x.i.c place no matter which branch you work in. And what the funnier part is they make you work even if you are sick and suggested complete bed rest for a week. They never give you leave even if you're dying. Made me work till 11pm in my initial days. A very non-employee friendly company. And if you can b.o.ot l.i.c.k your Branch Manager and Cluster Head, you will get a good rating else you'll only end up with C rating with a yearly bonus of mere 10k and a mere 300-400 raise on your salary.
