Other than job stability and company value there's no benefits at all

Dislikes

Work life balance is the worst. Taking a leave when you are sick also feels like you have committed a serious crime. No hike even after working for almost 10 hrs a day for 4 years. Terrible process and sales pressure. Your mental health goes for a toss working here.

Only mediclaim support which is very good

Dislikes

Even after making profits every quarter, hdfc do not raise salary. Increment % is very bad. With raising inflation they should also think about raising salaries. The way supervisors / manager treat us , the overtime, the work load is very worst. They do not even provide support.
