Layoff is very frequent be very careful before you join here , there are lay-off every 6 month once mass layoffs is entertained frequently. Zero job security don’t recommend at all.

The company is very misleading. They follow hire and fire rule. There is no proper hierarchy and management followed. No growth as well and too much politics.

Not much, there is no personal level interaction between employees, just work work and work. No one is bothered about you. There is no HR, they talk to you on the day you join the company and then on the day you are kicked out, until then you will not even know whom you are working for.

Dislikes

DO NOT JOIN this company... PERIOD. No job security. Nothing much to learn. No peer interaction They dont know what they want to do as a company and employees suffer due to that No future visions No goals No management at all if atleast to say not proper No HR, there is only taking into company and then ousting out of company
