There is No Work-life balance. You just need dto work even after your shift over. Work Culture is very toxic. Managements are only client specific, they don't take care about one site team member. Does not matter how hard you push your shelf to meet client requirment ther are some team who are always ready with demotivate you just passing comments and judgment without knowing the scenario.
