In this company there is no clarity of what has to be done and what not to be done. All the employees are totally confused. Many times they will keep the training purposefully on Saturday that too from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and if you don't attend then managers take it on their ego and give you some task in order to take revenge. Management is very good. You will have exposure to reach to any level person in the organisation you have no restriction to talk to them.

Dislikes

Managers are very toxic in my team and lots of politics inside.. They will not give you time to improve they put into PIP without any notification and make u resign yourself by humiliating the employee.
