First and most important thing I consider is work life balance which I found very good here. The job security is another thing, that you might be transferred to another product with similar responsibility but they won't fire you. Here are fair opportunity of learning depending on team and effort you put in.

Dislikes

One thing I am not happy about is appraisal cycles. They took more than year and for fresher more than 2 years for first revision which is not upto industry standard.

Good job security. Good policies. Only 30 days notice period. Upper management is a bit lazy. Very good work culture. Work life balance is satisfactory.

Dislikes

Worst company when it comes to hike and appraisal. It would take you 5 years to what other companies are providing in 2. Zero appreciation financially. Tech Stack is old. Need to start working on open source tech to compete with the market.

The managers are all technical people who have very good knowledge (Except for a few), all of them are very approachable. If you are good at doing something, it will be well noted.

Dislikes

Not much appraisals. Some of the managers who were developers had zero tech knowledge. The tech stack they uses are no good outside.
