As a fresher you will learn a lot if you are allocated to an good project. Felxible timing Wfo mandatory is dependant on project. If you are having any special skills they will give you that bonus as well

Dislikes

Life will get worst when you are allocated to Indian client. You will be forced to work more. And no benefits of it. Micromanagement is done with people who are not having more experience. To retain good relation with client they can accept unrealastic timelines. If you are bench more than 1 or 2 months you will be forced to put down the papers.

Work culture and Work life balance is pathetic in Persistent. Higher management sets unreal commitments to client and than puch resources to stretch everyday and to work on weekends. Senior management interact with resources in very disrespectful way and sometimes even use bad words.

No job security, if you’re not on project then they can force you anytime to submit resignation and also higher management and hr are not good

There’s one manager name Tejmani Singh is he unprofessional and talk very rude with everyone and he takes disadvantage of his position. Talk unprofessionally with girls too . And he doesn’t do any work and he was the reason many employees have complaint about him . I have suffered a lot working with him

The company is totally a mess. It will use you to make profit, once done it will throw you like you are a dirt. No proper protocol is maintained, no proper communication is maintained. It's a disgusting experience to work here.

There is no Job Security. I got selected in 2 to 3 projects but none of the project started. They wasted my time. Suddenly they called and asked to resign (silent layoff) with 3 month basic salary. Still I am surviving for job
