Slow appraisals - If you miss out on hard negotiations while joining then designation level growth is limited Some of the projects can be dry and boring and you won’t have any day even though you are a consultant. This you will feel that your capabilities are not being used

For a company like Publicis Sapient, it is very difficult to find points that I dislike about the organisation. Maybe they can increase their compensation for roles like Product Manager, as a lot of the other organisations in the industry offer slightly higher compensation for Product Managers.

There is nothing to like about working at Publicis Sapient, except they have an amazing pool table, which unfortunately remains too crowded because of the large number of people on bench.

Dislikes

This is as worse as it can get. If you're a developer, you'll be forced to work crazy hours on outdated technologies, if you're a QA, you'll spend most of your hours doing manual testing, if you're manager or above you'll spend your life doing petty politics with another bunch of spineless managers who's egos are bigger than annual turnover of the company and who can't take a single stand for people under them, and lastly if you're a Product Manager then may god give you strength to survive!
