Salary Hike is much lower compared to market. Also Variable is low. Work life balance is not good in some teams. Too much pressure to handle everyday

Compensation is okay, the only good thing.

Dislikes

Senior managers, directors and partners lack knowledge, lack understanding and basically they are only dumping work to managers, associates and senior associates. Senior managers are worst over here - zero knowledge, no backbone and committing unrealistic timelines (on their dirtiest written projects by some other teams)

To gain knowledge from the scratch goes into granular levels.

Dislikes

Poor man management. No work ethics and culture, they treat every employee as a mere billing or revenue for them. You are expected to work overtime satisfying client needs and even public holidays weekends sometime though, they compensate it, but on their own terms.
