1. Opportunity to work on more open source projects is less. No exposure to AWS cloud, we use SAP BTP here. So it gets tough to change job. 2. Many employees are leaving the company because of poor salary growth. 3. They are hiring substandard employees and letting go off good ones. It will have poor impact on future projects.
