Good company with friendly people, approachable TLs, Managers and supports, nice work environment and I was able to get work from home within few months. Cab facility is provided which has door step pick up. The work is easy and with WFH you have Time or other personal hobbies etc

Dislikes

Night shift. Rotational week offs which are random and can change every week so you can't expect to have Saturday Sunday weekoffs or have same two days off every week. The shift timings change once every 2 months as well so you can't get used to the routine. Pay for freshers is bad compared to other competitors and the annual increment for an agent is very less (₹800 -₹1000).

It is good foundation to improve knowledge and learn lot of things.

Dislikes

Managers are so partial to employees does not treat everyone equally. They will be good and give opportunities, if the person praises them even if the employee is with low performer. Promotion, job security depend on manager if they does not like one employee they give stupid reasons to remove job.

1. Huge amount of cost cutting 2. No hygiene. 3. No proper guidelines about holidays. If you are working for US client forget getting US off since you work for an Indian company and its vice versa. 4. The leaves here are awful. They'll first take away your comp offs of you take leaves and then casual leaves and so on. 5. For me: Traveling time from Kundrathur to Taramani is very long. Almost 1hr30 min or 2 hrs of traveling. Other than that there is no dislike. However FIY: Liked very much: 2 way cab is provided. It is not point to point. From home to office and from office to home in all shifts. So there is no dislike in this company. Great place to work.
