Company policies are good to some extent for employees.

Dislikes

Work life balance is missing. Management creates pressure by setting up unrealistic expectations on the teams. It is literally demotivating to experience that.

I've had a bad experience since there were no assistance in areas of improvemnet and terrible work life balance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Company has amazing work culture owing to its roots of the French Organisation. Hence making it best of the places to work for at the beginners level.

Dislikes

There is more of back-end operations due to which there is no client interaction. Training facilities are limited to freshers and others should make it out of the on the job training. Work-life balance is a slight challenge as some of the teams work depends on global markets and its timings.

Work Details

My work was slightly challenging as it evolved continuous attention to global markets and its timelines as a BAU. Kept me active and the monotonous work over the period of time gets a bits boring. Definitely hectic as i was in the UK shift.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
