I would be more than glad to share my own personal experiences, kudos to Sutherland during the pandemic. All necessary steps where taken for the well being of an employee and offered everyone to work from home. It's almost three years with Sutherland and job security can be guaranteed based on your performance. To be precise, how you see yourself in mirror and what reflects is the same way in any MNC you work you'll get in return in the way you bring to them. I'm in a great team with Sutherland and you wouldn't believe how much I've been supported by all the seniors you work along with. I'm happy for what I'm right now after joining with Sutherland. Personally for me i don't feel anything wrong. At the end of the day, it's all about how you being to people the same way they'll reflect back to you. Before you judge someone please judge yourself.

I've joined as an associate and then promoted as senior associate in one and half years. I'm into the sales team and as well we support technical issues as well. Overall life is good at Sutherland.

Used to like it. Not anymore.

Dislikes

A lot of office politics. The people sitting in managerial positions will not accept their mistakes and instead blame it on you. There is no coordination whatsoever. People are more interested in shaking you down and gaslighting you instead of working.

I really enjoyed my time working at Sutherland, especially because of strong management team and the supportive work environment. During my two years there, I had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. I appreciated the focus on career growth and continuous training opportunities.

Dislikes

One of the challenges I faced during my time at Sutherland was the high turnover rate and the lack of follow through on long term performance. I believe that for any organisation to thrive, it’s important for leadership to not only focus on short term goals but also support employees in realising long term success.

Cafeteria is good but the shopkeeper is very rude to all employees which is annoying , unclean restrooms , sometimes cab issues .
