My specific client is good , so that's why my work life balance is good , but yeah I have colleague who don't have a much good work life balance

Increment The whole idea here is when you join synechron join at the high package as much as you can , because you won't get any good appraisal So if you joined at a low package then they still will give you 1 , 2 percent
