Increment The whole idea here is when you join synechron join at the high package as much as you can , because you won't get any good appraisal So if you joined at a low package then they still will give you 1 , 2 percent

Hire and fire. They will utilize you in the project, once your work is done they will throw you out the project and fire you after 45 days. As there are not mich clients available. Full clients centric company, if you have done 99 good things they won't appreciate but one negative feedback from client and you are finished. Pathetic.
