Job security any time if management don't like they throw out, work culture very waste, company policies again it not equal to all it getting variance people, with same grade.

Dislikes

The employees in same level variable pay are been pay out different, some person who get Quarterly are getting 100%, the person who get on annually are getting only 50%. Suppose if we ask the same to management to explanation.

Work Details

We have to work aroud 12 to 15 hr during MEC and non-mec 10hr, no worklife balance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employees received their salary before 1st of the month , only that's good.

Dislikes

1. Their hiring process is very bad, they hired people without validating their skill when they required post that operation team have to face challenges with non skill employees. 2. HR team is there only for show off, even they don't know about their job role. From BHR excutive to the HR manager all are there not support or helpthe employees. They only says every time that we can not do anything for you. 3. Proper training not provided to the new employees hence they are not able to perform at production floor and they faced separation. Maximum time trainers are in break or of the training room....Read More
