Nothing much selection process was good with exams and interview.

No longer like a co operative Bank you have to do more sales than operation no proper training is provided juniors are loaded with work senior doing nothing.

Good platform for newly graduates looking to pursue their career in banking, this Bank will teach you overall banking from cash, reconciliation, clearing CTS and liabilities and assets as well. This Bank will teach you both marketing and operations in all the verticals.

Dislikes

Don't spend more than a year in this institution. Salary wages are amongst the lowest in industry. Promotion are based on recommendation and puppet culture. They gave preference to saraswat brahmins and Marathi only. Outsiders are having tough time here. No matter how much effort a Non Marathi make but credit will always be given to puppet only.
