The building looks cool and the office complex is green.

Dislikes

Lack of any form of future in the company. Clients constantly leaving the organisation. Lack of transparency from upper management. Few to no opportunity for growth. Their dependence on contractual hires over permanent ones. Unrealistic beliefs such as an elephant parades, flower thingy on the floor will satisfy the client and much more unrealistic expectations of implementing an AI based solution when the company is yet to leave the service sector. No decent salary raises, usually just the same for everyone ranging from 25-50 thousand per annum. Also be prepared for salary delays on your last month of contract if/when you get extended....Read More

I liked about job security. Other than nothing facilities are useful to us. Work life and family life to difficult to balance it.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. No facilities, Management doesn't address our issues and concerns.
