Only good thing is ignorance management, they ignore your development, skill set and speciality. And give any work. And you can ignore there work and injoy the life. If you have this skill you can injoy work life balance. Otherwise there is nothing like this company.

Dislikes

There is nothing about agile or sdlc following. Management have only mouth to give work and shouting. They are not having capabilities to give you required software and hardware which recommended to work. With less hardware (RAM and harddisk) you need to complete your work and show 8hr per day productive. Then you can understand what is work life balance. Salary and promotion: you will compare with person who having three time RAM , performance of RAM and CP dicide your hike and pramotion. Skill and development: company is still using word document and excel sheet. You can develop yourself with this editing skills....Read More
