Hey Team, I've got 10+ years in IT, including 5 in Cloud Security (Azure). Just got a 3% hike at Accenture, current CTC is 22.50 LPA. Any ideas on how to get a bigger raise? I'm a Cloud Security consultant and planning to stay here for 2 more years. Also, I'm studying for my CISSP cert.

Accenture is the worst corporation in the world, with no raises and everything being a lie; they will promise you but will not deliver, yet we may expect at least 2 to 3%, which they will not do... In my experience, HR is the worse; they will not follow through on anything once they mention benefits, but HR also lies at Accenture. Please do not join Accenture... The absolute worst company. They do not follow any of the conventions of other multinational corporations. ACCENTURE IS A WASTE COMPANY.
