Work life balance is good. There is no pressure on employees.

They will not pay correctly when your in notice period. They will cut the salary without any reason.if you ask for the reason. They will tell blaaa...bla....no proper reason will provide

my first job my first company. i got good co worker and they are very supportive and selfless persons. and the TL and managers are very friendly and supportive. everything is going good till now. my process is very comfortable to work don't know about other processes and thir management.

Dislikes

10 hour shift time, company policys, OTs, no bonus for level 1 exicutives (freshers), useless internet allowance policy. who ever going to join please ask everything before joining to your recruiter with details and also take proofs at the time of on boarding call for example video call at team and voice call .

Everything depends project to project. I have worked in both situations. But overall cognizant is great place to work for provided that you bring value to. Company. They are always happy to have such talent which brings value to projects.

Pay hikes. Timing of hikes.

...e given WFH option which was never expected. It is good company for beginners. Salary hike is good compared to remaining MNC's. If you got good TeamLead who understands current work then you are lucky.. else you will face terrible work.

Dislikes

Terrible work, If someone experienced left company then they will pressurize rest to finish that work rather than hiring new ones into project. No learning scope. If you learnt something by your own and after proving that you can do that work without any flaws, still you wont get any opportunity to work on the tools which you have learnt. Full pressurized work.

If you get tagged to correct project,you can learn and get exposure to different technologies.

Career growth is a bit slow....Even when a candidate deserves to be promoted,the process is too slow and hikes and other compensation is also low... Simply the new joiners are given all the perks but the experienced never grow or given any hike
