Dislikes

No proper clarification on policies which are in favour of employees, no Flexibility in few policies which can actually be flexible. No work life balance. Expected to work 12hrs a day with bare minimum salary and no holes.

Dislikes

Getting into Accenture was my biggest mistake in 8 years of experience in IT because inside politics is very very bad. There higher management corrupt decision and management will create a trap for your career as they are going to blame you for every late deadlines of project and even penalty things .
