Training is not good. Ramp up is not good. No support during guided production. No welcome kit. RTO for new hires is 5 days to increase RTO attendance of team. Harsh behaviour of AVP during medical problem. Office politics. Discrimination between employees. Very less salary. No encashment of leaves. No overtime. No OPD medical insurance coverage of employee. No medical insurance coverage of parents. No diwali bonus. Cab is chargeable for male employees.Discrimination with male employees Recently implemented 10 hours shift. No work life balance. Worst coffee. Now 2 days downtime of leaves but before that no downtime of leaves.

Dislikes

Very cheap salary provide for old employees who selected in covid 19 and very long process for promotion in the claims team. I am very disappointed for salary.

Nothing, absent nothing genpact does pay well enough to freshers as well as experienced employees on top of that they have extended the office timings from 9 hrs to 10 hrs. Their cab facility is also as bad as there employee policy

...ere because Genpact has increased work timings to one more hour and it's now 10.5 hours including breaks for same salary. 3. Cheap politics of team leads and managers to use the agents to the utmost and never care what agents go through and show partiality based on whom they like they will get the AES ratings. 4. They never care about your extra efforts which you put in for your work but they might say they recognise those efforts. 5. No leaves for the first six months. 6. No incentives and ratings except feedbacks on the mistakes.

I didn't like anything at genpact. At first I thought it would be good to work in MNC it will boost my career but things are different here so I have nothing to add here. You can find good colleagues. That's it.

Dislikes

...is is so basic even small companies offer Tea but this one don't offer anything. Low salary, no work life balance, extended shifts, pressure, mangers do 1 on 1 every month but doesn't solve your issues.
