...ll do the same... As PPL have less work so they concentrate on other activities. If you don't satisfy/ don't do manager work they will escalate to their manager and deduct the salary by saying of some other reason. I strongly recommend to not Join HCL Tech. They will offer you good salary. But u will get same take home as you are getting in your previous organisation...

HCL can improve in there on board process. Improve in the work culture. Give more clarification on Performance and variable pay policies. Make CTC of the employee what you pay. At the end of the day employees will get some motivation when you give good rating and increments not with your big infrastructures.

...l cycle April to March, Letter release will happen in October (After 18 months). If your rating is below expectations then you will not full bonus amount Only exceptional cases get full bonus. b) Let’s say you have got increment, more than 50% will be added to your variable component. Most of the companies do not agree for 90 day’s notice period. If you put paper in October without any offer, 90 days, most of the interviews will come after 60 days only. Here is the catch December working days for client is 15 days/30 days for higher management people. This is how many companies putting the employees in trouble. But in the market they will tell like We are more beneficial to the employees.

-Not much content in learning portal for skill development. -No privilege to choose project based on your skill set, that they will decide, once you are tagged into a project, have to serve at least 1.5 years to get release. That also have to fight with your manager. If you don't like your job then you are in a trouble, no option but to resign. Some time they hire experienced people saying lie and then tag to a project irrespective to skill set. - Nippon App will watch your all activities and you will get mail for justification if you are not completing 8hrs in mouse movement. - Managers are arrogant and HRs are useless. - Hike and promotions are very rare. - Office buildings are very far, out of city. - From the date of joining the notice period is 90 days, Once you resign 1st & 2nd month's salary will be on hold for FnF settlement.

Dislikes

No use of appraisal process Rating, 18 months to complete appraisal. Almost no hike or less hike like 10k to 30k even that to with variable pay. Not good for long run specifically who need more money and learning’s.
