...gn company clientele and exposure to best global practices (atleast in theory).. good pay scales, work life balance

Top Heavy Organisation.. Partners who are in grown PWC products have over time grouped themselves politically licking the senior partners and so on and so forth.. in some small teams, one can even find the youngest team member, i.e., analysts licking to their seniors as that is the only protocol required other than being in the right groups.. if these jokers (the inhouse breed) are asked to practice without their brand, no one would stand them for more than 5 minutes. Low on business accumen - surviving purely on past goodwill, joining of Non-pwc bred partners and some ex- government officials and most inportantly Referral work from PwC network firms.

Work life balance, US based clients, skill development, Cool relation between managers and Individual contributors

Dislikes

Very less salary hike, they often try to find lame reason to pay you less, less promotion, irrelevant of the year of experience and your expertise of skills.

Great learning opportunities, strong brand name, diverse projects, smart colleagues, good career growth potential.

Dislikes

Long working hours - even on weekends, high pressure of project deadlines, work life balance goes for toss, compensation and hikes are not great, no team building activities.

Nothing I gave interview for datascience role through campus placement, they put me in SDE, pay is worst as well. 8.5LPA base for SDE when others pay double

Everything , no WLF, NO salary, not nice colleagues, very high expectations,

Great people, great environment although this may differ from project to project and individual people behavior. Perks are very good. High cover health insurance, L&D benefits, awesome flexibility and additional self enrolled fund benefit for near and dear one (applicable on individual selection)

Dislikes

...ome leadership do micro management which affects adversely to the mental health. Major dislike is initially you will get a good salary if you switch from any other company to PwC. But in appraisal expecting much may disappoint you.
