Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This was the worst experience ever and totally wasted my time😡 As discussed with HR, I cleared all four interview rounds, including the final one with the CEO. Then, due to ongoing leadership changes, HR asked me to go through yet another round with the VP of Sales, which I also cleared.

After waiting for an update, HR initially gave me a positive response, and I agreed to all terms. However, after another week of delays, they informed me that my profile was on hold. The entire process was unstructured and unnecessarily time-consuming. Even with the CEO involved, the lack of leadership was evident. I would never recommend joining a company that operates this way.
