Amadeus is a leading product based company in the travel domain with amazing products/ opportunities to grow provided you survive the dirty indian politics

They have a terrible policy that they never rehire ex employees with bad rating. All their rehire policies are sham. The HR team is so biassed solely on abusive mangers verdict that even yearss after quitting the company they dont shortlist old deserving candidates just because their one rating was bad. Dear Shalini and Mani, do youeven know in the first place why did the candidate leave ? do you know if the candidate was being harassed and bullied at work by a female boss ? That she ruined his rating even though he was the best performer ? I ended up joining your 2 biggest competitor companies eventually. So there is absolutely no issue with my talent or skills. However you wont even shortlist my profile inspite of several referrals just because the manager who tried abusing me had once given a bad rating to me… shame on you !! Take attempts to ensure you interview your ex employees who are keen on giving this company a second chance..And atleast be honest about rejecting my resume!! It took me 2 years to find out why was my resume not getting shortlisted !! Be transparent!!...Read More

Quite outdated technology and no scope of skill upgrade which makes it difficult to stay relevant in market. Political atmosphere. It’s managers’ company in a hierarchical way, no MNC culture and no flat culture. Once in, Moving out is very difficult and you get stuck in career growth.
