Pay is not as per current standard and even year hikes are less. Moreover, there is nothing much to learn from scratch. Just consider this as Govt. Job, where job security is there. This is best company for people who want relax life with average pay. If you want good pay and if you are tech enthusiast, you might feel bored after sometime.
