Work life balance - The company never ask you to work from office and prefer employees to work from home unless it is necessary to work from office.

Decisions are taken without through analysis. Cost optimization is necessary for any organization but the steps taken in the name of cost optimization are at times taken without due consideration of all factors and long term planing isn't done. They can make your life a hell for the company losing even $100. Job security is none - once you get a pink slip, the company will give you 90 days to find a job for yourself within the organization. But there will be no support from HR or leadership. This was completely opposite to my experience with my previous companies where the leaders works continuously to have the employee repurposed. Skill development - Though it has become better in last 1 year, it still has to go a long way....Read More
