The unfair year end rating system and promotions. The one who is favorite of seniors will get promotions and good ratings. The MIS is not being considered also the hardwork put by the employee is kept aside and favoritism is everything. Also, HDFC likes low paid employees only.

There is not much to like about this organisation. It is driven by few select leaders and limited people in their inner circles. The culture is horrible - "Babugiri" is still very much there, deeply ingrained. Even though you perform, if your bosses have chosen someone else to be promoted, you will just have to wait.

Dislikes

Everything. Horrible culture, pathetic bonus and increments. While senior leaders get most of the creme, the middle management level is most hardly hit. All restrictions apply to this unfortunate layer of middle management.

Old vintage people are working like family members and creating hurdles for new comers old staff is working like a lobby, and managing things in there favour only

Vintage staff is having knowledge training but supporting to discontinue training programmes as they can continue to have privilege of showing their knowledge and ability and supercede others.... It is bad to worst for organisation in coming years

Only mediclaim support which is very good

Dislikes

Even after making profits every quarter, hdfc do not raise salary. Increment % is very bad. With raising inflation they should also think about raising salaries. The way supervisors / manager treat us , the overtime, the work load is very worst. They do not even provide support.
