Likes

It helped me developed cross selling skill and communication skills as well. It made me outspoken and helped me understand financials of the business from the bottom. Extremely good if you want to understand business and finance.

Dislikes

Promotion and salary hikes are too late and very low respectively. No proper appraisal discussion make process completely bureaucratic. Too much asking of cross sell products with abundance of responsibility of operations excellency. No proper reward for operational handling if you are bad at cross selling.
