Nothing except few colleagues who care and share each other frustration

Here management does everything to make someone resign. Even after giving 3 years to this Bank, still senior management guys are horrible. They make you depressed. They will try to demotivate and insult infront of everyone. And senior stakeholders knew everything still they don't correct the ZSM or RSM or ASM. I feel like killing myself everyday but due to job insufficiency and personal life chores, I am not able to resign and go. Even the Internal Department options are not there for my location. I would suggest don't join any hdfc bank in Kolkata location and in Home Loan if you want to stay sane....Read More

The work culture is really pathetic here. There is no work life balance. And the compensation is below industrial standards. In offer letter they show too many aspects but the in hand salary is less than quarter it's shown. Pressure is too much for every product activation and Seniors are very toxic. Company policy for notice period serving employees is horrible.

There is a lot of office politics especially with one unit head named Pooja K. They don't let you grow. A person needs to work there for atleast 7 years to just get 1 promotion which is very slow. Salary is also very low as per the pressure they put on us. No such skill development other than forcing your customers to purchase products and not telling the whole truth that's its not beneficial for them. Work satisfaction is what they promise but as I said you won't be satisfied with yourself once you have told lies to your customers. Finally work life balance is not a plus point here. First of all they don't allow you to keep your phones here so you don't know exactly even if there is any medical emergency at your home. Overall it's not a recommended work space...Read More

my experience at HDFC Bank has been positive due to their prompt customer service , user-friendly mobile banking app and the halpful attitude of the staff at my local branch. Transaction are smooth and i feel my banking needs are handled professionally and security.

There were occasional communication gaps between departments , which led to delays or confusion in task execution. strengthening inter-department coordination could enhance efficiency.
