The working hours are flexible and you have the option to work from home and even from remote location. You do not have much trouble to get leaves. In that way HP Inc is quite flexible. It is the best place to work for a family person especially for women who are mothers and for those who have certain kind of responsibilities to fulfill in terms of family

Dislikes

The hike percentage is very poor yearly. The bonus amount is very low compared to other organisations. The pay scale is on the higher side but depends on your package in the previous organisation. Work timings are pretty much flexible but no job satisfaction in terms of appraisal and bonus
