The teammates we every friendly. The company is quite employee friendly in terms of providing flexibility. The company gave me a very good exposure in terms of interaction with clients and their business, although I was just starting my career at that point.

Dislikes

The compensation is quite less compared to the market trend. Even in terms of career growth, it is quite slow. Maintaining work life balance is difficult quite frequently. The tendency of the company to move to latest technology is very slow and hence, the opportunity to upgrade yourself in a technology is affected negatively as well.

HP Global Soft is an awesome place to work. Managers are super awesome and very helpful. You get ample of opportunities to grow. I quit due to medical issue, but would definitely like to rejoin.
