No hike, though you perfom consistently well and get good review ratings. Many leaves are there in year. But mostly long leaves we can take in Dec. Even in Diwali time you mostly loaded with work.

I don't find it any, only if you have lost all aspirations towards learning new technology and require 9-6 sitting job, join here! I don't find it comfortable hence left

Stubborn people, I see them joining calls in not correct state , and still HR is still willing to give them another chance, lol So if you are a person who want a glass of beer while working(during WFH) you will get that full privilege over here.
