This company offers a higher salary compared to other BPOs in Noida, and salary is always credited on time.

Dislikes

Once you enter the office campus, you are not allowed to step outside, even during breaks, until your shifts ends and you punch out. Your phones are kept in lockers and you will feel locked on your work floor. If you are the one who doesn’t bring lunch from home, you will have to rely on office canteen, which serves overpriced and bad quality food. Unfortunately, even if the food is inedible, you have no other option. If you choose to order food online, your break time will be over and you will not get time to eat peacefully. Here, four wheeler parking costs ₹80 per day, yet finding a spot is a struggle everyday. Like many BPOs, the HR department is more focused on recruitment than employee relations, development or, support. It seems they have targets to hire hundreds of employees everyday due to high employee turnover. In many processes, management seems to prefer when tenured employees resign, as it reduces cost and makes room for newer employees who will value them more, they think. Ienergizer provides good salary for International projects. The HR and company policies are pathetic. It feels like we are working in some labor class company.

Dislikes

Apart from salary there is nothing that can be praised for this organization. The management group of the organization is so terrible. They attract you by offering free Gym, swimming pool etc. facilities but after joining you realize it was a trap. Gym never opens and swimming pool area is used by their canteen for making "Butter Naan"

I joined as a Sr. customer service executive and use to take calls for credit card queries. Past two years I started working on back office projects. In 2017 I was promoted as Subject Matter Expert.

Company is good for freshers.

Dislikes

Lack of professional work environment,company does not make any effort to enhance potential and skill of their employee also there is almost zero employee benefits, no night allowances, there is no doctor or medical facility available in office while more than 6000 employee work there, unhygienic toilets and drinking water, bad quality food served by vendors.

Employee benefits should be there. Also inhand salary should be handsome. Currently it is very less. Leave policy is poor. It should be allow to those who are associated with the company since a long. I am saying this because no medical leaves are there. If anybody has to go on medical leaves for a long, they fire that person. Which is totally wrong.

I like only salary providing system always I got salary on time .

I paid 3 year to ie company but I didnt got any promotion. Management is very worst . Lots of poilits is there In IE. They only can get promotion who is having nature of buttering .
