The salary is good but the work life balance, management is pathetic .

There are 19k corporates are working and they have just 4 washroom overall in the office..where 3 of them are always on maintainance. There is no coffee/tea machine.. when the drinking water is contaminated. The company is blacklisted and doesn't provide PF facility and even if they provide, you won't be able to get that. They cut down the incentive which is corely the agent money.. The cafeteria serves rotten food and there is no sick leave. The company is not corporate friendly and doesn't care about their employees. They do not have sick leave/medical leave.. you only need to spend your own CLs/ELs from your own bucket.. they do not provide any cab facility at night even for female employes.. they doesn't give a ship* to any of the worker. Working with ienergizer I one of worst experience. Though I had work into different consultant process but this company is a real shit in a market need to upgrade the working culture at same time. There quality auditor should be more formal. When I say formal that they need to know what skill a QA should need.

I was suffering from a chronic disease known as DVT also I have shared all the relevant diagnosis documents with my higher authority even after that they neither shared my experience letter of 6 months nor given me salary of 50% for the medication allowance as per labour law, further I was receiving the mails from hr department thatI didn’t submit any documents nor I informed anyone about my hospitalisation leaves, I was good I was just looking for my experience letter only as well as 50% of the salary as per labour law I didn’t even ask them for medical allowance by Sharing the receipt to insurance department, this is ridiculous...Read More

It's domestic organization.. It has few international process which works as per domestic guidelines. Never trust on their salary part.. They will quote you 44 in hand and pay u 32 i hand.. Even pf is optional. Thay themselves rate your reviews while releasing Letter of intent. 😝😝😝very unprofessional.
