Poor Appraisal, discrimination and partiality in promotion, zero transparency in Internal Job Posting (IJP), Worst HR Department because you have to go 4 to 5 times for just 1 issue.

There is nothing to like about this company. Worse place to work. It's been 5 years I'm working with here and they only paid 16k ... Yearly appraisal 800 only, they only do show off

Everything about this company disappointed me. My first 3 years was good but after the pandemic the company started treating it's employees like hell.. they cut 4k from our salary. Increased production, increased work time. Increased pressure. BEST SUGGESTION DON'T APPLY JOB AT INFINX

Worst working environment. They are interface in another's personal life. Even the employees are also terrible. Worsted company. No salary increments.
