This is the organization I would like to be in again, I highly regret why I left Kyndryl. If I would ever get a job offer to work in Kyndryl again I would be more than happy. Kyndryl always encourages and works towards up skilling its resources. Compensation is always better than its competitor. And the policies it inherited from IBM.

Dislikes

If you have not been hired directly in project you will have to struggle for a project assignment.

If you are a junior in your team, everything, every work you have to do. If you ask any seniors they will just tell you back to do the work. They will make you feel YOU ARE THE JUNIOR, YOU SHOULD DO ALL THE WORK, IT DOESNT MATTER HOW MUCH WORK YOU ARE DOING, IF YOU ARE FRUSTRATED ALSO YOU CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT. There will be no oneto listen your shit.. people will log in attend the meetings discuss the daily work and then go to lunch dinner breakfast or god knows where. But if you have any important thing to do or you need leave you have to explain every one everything because you are a junior. If you ask any senior to do anything ( no matter you know or don’t know the thing) they will ask you back to do it but they will never take responsibility. My colleagues most of the time speak in tamil no matter if I understand or not....Read More
