Great people to work with. Work life balance. Opportunity to learn from them.

Dislikes

Everything needs a follow up, nothing happens smoothly. From Laptop to appraisals. HRs are highly non responsive people in Microsoft.

The first time you have a chance at the top is the second one you get a free pass and you can go on your way back and then go to your car to go back to your house to pick it out or go back and then.

Dislikes

The first time you have a chance at the game you will have a good time playing with the kids and the kids but you have to do it in a little while so I think it’s going well for you and your kids so you don’t need any distractions.
