Nigerdock has a very robust training and development plan/schedule for every staff and a very wonderful training academy. Nigerdock is a nice place to work learn and improve, the teammates are great, as long as there is project your job Is secured but if not you don't expect them to keep you. There isn't much of Carrier growth and salary appraisal. No travel, work environment is great, there is innovation but not much work life balance.
