One of the things I really enjoy about working here is the people. The team is not only talented but also incredibly supportive and approachable

1. Incompetent or incapable management leading to inefficiencies and lack of direction. 2. A culture where employees are treated as replaceable, with little job security. 3. Salary levels are below industry standards, affecting motivation and satisfaction. 4. For an expat, it's especially difficult to work without clear career path visibility
